The most enjoyable part of my job was working with really great people. Because of that cross departmental training, I was able to do my job better, and communicate on a different level. It's been a great learning experience, and allows you to see in more detail how the retail world functions. You may work in one department, but chances are you will be involved or working closely with other departments as well. If you are diligent, and do your job well, then you are treated like an adult. They really appreciate (and are vocal of that appreciation) to their hard working employees. It really is a special place, and I am not surprised that former employees end up wanting to come back. After working for different clothing brands in the industry, not one has compared to my experience with Famous. Famous is a very unique place- it's a big company ran like a small family business.
